Formed in 2006 DIP has already garnered a host of substantial production and management credits. These include the hugely successful revival of The Sound of Music at the London Palladium and its sister production in Toronto, the West End transfer of the Menier Chocolate Factory production of La Cage Aux Folles  (Oliver Award-winner for Best Musical Revival 2009), UK tours of Cats, Starlight Express and Chicago, Cats (Italian and German tours), the West End, Broadway, US touring and South African productions of Grease, the Tony award-winning revival of Gypsy on Broadway and an arena tour of ITV1’s Britain’s Got Talent.   In 2008 DIP launched the world premiere of the musical Flashdance which will open in the West End in 2010. In July 2009 DIP opened the UK tour of The Sound of Music which has broken box office records in Cardiff and Sunderland. In September 2009 DIP opened the West End premiere of a new stage adaptation of The Shawshank Redemption

As a general manager we offer the full range of services including project research, feasibility studies, production of showcases and workshops, budgeting and financial planning, preparation of investment material, personnel recruitment and management of all the logistics required in the preparation and maintenance of major theatrical productions. We also have a dedicated marketing department which works in partnership with the major agencies and publicity representatives to ensure the strongest possible campaigns for all of our shows.

 
In 1974 Sextet closed at the Bijou Theater, New York, after only nine performances. The theatre was demolished in 1982 to make room for the Marriott Marquis Hotel.
