David Ian Productions is a leading entertainment company based in London’s Covent Garden. Formed in 2006, DIP specializes in presenting large-scale theatrical productions in the UK, the US and internationally, and also offers a full general management service to the industry.

In 1963 Laurence Olivier’s production of ‘Hamlet’, starring Peter O’Toole in the title role, opened at the Old Vic, in what represented the inaugural performance of the newly formed National Theatre Company.
